In April 2018, Quanette successfully passed the Real Estate Principles and Practices coursework to qualify for the State of Connecticut Real Estate Salespersons exam and has since passed the State of Connecticut exam becoming a licensed real estate salesperson.

Quanette successfully completed a $2.5 million relocation and renovations project from beginning to completion. She maintained business continuity and minimized downtime while providing comprehensive relocation project management services which entailed managing, implementing and executing all relocation tasks. She worked with an architectural firm in the design and implementation phase. She was actively involved in the day-to-day activity of the construction phase until completion of the renovations. Quanette worked with a local furniture vendor alongside an internal design team on furniture selections. She was appointed the single point of contact throughout the entire project. Her responsibilities included developing and executing master programming and planning; budget management; relocation planning; team meetings and documentation; document management; move coordination; vendor and building coordination; mover procurement; move implementation and execution; post-move help desk; furniture planning and asset disposition/building decommissioning.
