She worked with an architectural firm in the design and implementation phase. She was actively involved in the day-to-day activity of the construction phase until completion of the renovations. Quanette worked with a local furniture vendor alongside an internal design team on furniture selections. She was appointed the single point of contact throughout the entire project. Her responsibilities included developing and executing master programming and planning; budget management; relocation planning; team meetings and documentation; document management; move coordination; vendor and building coordination; mover procurement; move implementation and execution; post-move help desk; furniture planning and asset disposition/building decommissioning.
